Rest and Redemption was first published by Andrews University Press in 1978, authored by a young scholar who many years later became the longest-serving president of Andrews University. In celebration of the grand opening of the Andreasen Center for Wellness in 2019, Andrews University was pleased to re-issue Dr. Andreasen’s long-ago insights on the meaning of the ultimate wellness practice: the Sabbath.
